"Costa Rica real estate is very attractive relative to other countries"

Which other countries would those be? Unless you're comparing prices to California or Cabo San Lucas, it's hard to find a more expensive spot in the Americas for real estate than the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, especially for condos.
